بين الاقوامي تعلقات ۾ اها هڪ اڻ ٽر حقيقت آهي ته قدرتي ۽ ٻيا وسيلا بين الاقوامي برادريءَ ۾ ڪنهن به رياست جي سگهه ۽ حيثيت کي طئي ڪن ٿا هونئن ته سڄي انساني تاريخ ۾ قومن جي وچ ۾ وسيلن جي حاصلات لاءِ ڪشمڪش رهي آهي، پر ماهرن طرفان ”سرد جنگ “ جي دؤران ۽ اڄوڪين عالمي حالتن ۾ وسيلن جي حاصلات لاءِ جنگ جون ڪي ئي اڳ ڪٿيون ڪيون ويون آهن، ان قسم جي اڳواٽ اندازن جي سلسلي ۾ ڪافي سبب سامهون آيا آهن. جن منجهان ماحولياتي گدلاڻ جي ڪري جنگيون (Pollution Wars)، غربت جي ڪري جنگيون (Poverty Wars) ،پاڻيءَ جي وسيلن کي حاصل ڪرڻ لاءِ جنگيون (Water Wars) ۽ هڪ ٻئي جي مٿان طاقت جي زور تي حاوي ٿيڻ لاءِ جنگيون (Power Wars) مکيه جنگيون آهن. انهن چئن قسمن جي جنگين کي ماهرن الڳ الڳ طريقن سان هيٺين نموني بيان ڪيو آهي
